There is nothing more refreshing than a fresh, cold glass of garden tea.  Here's my recipe- enjoy friends.

Combine:
12 cups water
4 cups organic raw sugar
into a large kettle; bring to a rolling boil for 5 minutes.


Add 6 cups of washed leaves to mixture; remove from heat; cover and let steep for 5-8 hours.
Remove leaves when steeping time is over.

To Make:
Add 1 part tea concentrate to 2 parts water. Chill and serve.

To Store:
Keep in 1 quart (4cups) plastic storage containers and keep in freezer for up to a year. Enjoy all year long!
